Aari work, known for its intricate embroidery and craftsmanship, holds immense potential as a means of women’s empowerment. HOM is planning to conduct Aari work training programs that will not only preserve this traditional art but also empower women to generate sustainable income. By imparting the skills needed for Aari work, we aim to create self-reliant women who can contribute to their families and communities.

Ensuring Access to Affordable Healthcare
Access to affordable healthcare is a fundamental right, and HOM is committed to providing it. We intend to establish a dispensary in a remote village area that offers essential medical services to women, particularly those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
Providing Care Without Financial Burden
By providing healthcare at a reasonable cost, we can help the village people access a cost-effective medical service. Unlike other hospitals that exploit the innocence of the poor, we aim to ensure that women in remote areas receive the care they deserve without financial burden, thus contributing to their well-being and empowerment.

SHG Expansion
Strengthening Community through SHGs
Self-Help Groups (SHGs) have proven to be powerful instruments of empowerment. HOM is embarking on an ambitious plan to expand our SHG network. Currently comprising 92 SHGs with 1,550 members, we aim to increase this number to 150 SHGs with 2,250 members within the next year.
Promoting Financial Independence and Leadership
This expansion will create more opportunities for women to come together, build financial independence, and collectively address their unique challenges. We are also planning to provide training sessions on the importance of women’s financial independence and leadership to encourage more participation in SHGs.
